Yash Innoventures is entering into the agreement with ‘CVM Group’ for acquiring 4,810 sq. yard of land on main Ashram road which is Ahmedabad premium & main commercial road which is connected to Gandhinagar and Saurashtra. It is also on ‘Central Business District’ which is now being developed by Government of Gujarat as River Front development, where big high rise building and new development have start taking place. The total saleable sq. ft. is around 4,00,000 sq. ft. which would turn into a project size of approximately Rs 300 crore, the company acquires 50% stake in it. The company has made this transaction for the purpose of business expansion.
