The record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the Interim Dividend for FY2021-2022 shall be Friday, March 25, 2022, if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Share Dealing Code of the Company, the trading window has been closed from Friday, March 11, 2022 and would open 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting. The Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window.
