IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘IOL-Foundation’ under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 on is March 15, 2022. The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company to promote and support CSR activities.
The Company has invested Rs 10 lakh by subscribing to 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in IOL-Foundation-directly 99,994 equity shares and 6 equity shares through its nominees.
