Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 7579647.11 crore on March 16 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 87841134.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 40,029.35 crore, Stock Futures Rs 52,333.92 crore and Index Options Rs 7295389.12 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 1,91,894.72 crore.
