GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals has completed the transaction relating to sale of the Company's trademarks 'pertaining to 'lodex' and 'Ostocalcium' brands in India to GlaxoSmithKline Asia. Earlier, in July 2021, the company had received approval to transfer of the trademarks pertaining to 'lodex' and 'Ostocalcium' brands in India.

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals is an Indian subsidiary of GlaxoSmithKline plc. The company business has a broad portfolio of innovative and established medicines, with leadership positions in respiratory and HIV.
