Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Jubilant FoodWorks has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the ‘Designated Persons’ from Friday, March 25, 2022 till Forty Eight hours after announcement of Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2022 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course.
