With reference to its communique dated 1st January 2022 with BSE, wherein the company had informed BSE about resignation of Compliance Officer (CO), Payal Bafna. VB Industries has informed that the company has received a letter from Payal Bafna, intimating Company about withdrawal of her resignation from the employment and has requested management to allow her to continue with the job. Further, Remuneration Committee as well as Board of Directors have discussed the matter and have consented to continue with the employment of Payal Bafna as compliance Officer.
