EKI Energy Services has formed a Joint Venture Company as its Subsidiary with Shell Overseas Investment B. V., the Netherlands as per the provision of Companies Act, 2013 named as ‘Amrut Nature Solutions’ (ANSPL).
It is contemplated that ANSPL shall carry on the business of reduction of the impact of greenhouse gases and providing offsets to emissions through Nature Based Solutions in the areas of forestry, agriculture including agroforestry, horticulture, grasslands, wetlands, blue carbon, peatlands etc.
