Aartech Solonics has received approval for investment of funds within approved limits (i.e., sixty per cent of its paid-up share capital, free reserves and securities premium account OR one hundred per cent of its free reserves and securities premium account, whichever is more) for subscription, purchase or otherwise acquire shares, stocks, debentures (fully convertible/ partly convertible/ non-convertible), bonds, securities etc. of a UK based company. Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on March 21, 2022 have considered and approved the same.
Aartech Solonics is involved in the manufacturing of electricity distribution & control apparatus.
