Prem Somani Financial Services has informed that inadvertently, the Statutory Auditor certificate has been skipped as per SEBI LODR Second amendment regulation dated 5 May 2021 and as per Reg.45(3) a company in the explanatory statement to the notice seeking shareholders’ approval for change in name, shall include a certificate from a practicing-chartered accountant stating compliance with conditions provided in sub-regulation (1) of reg 45. So, the company has attached revised Postal Ballot notice including the Statutory Auditor certificate as per Regulation 45 (3) of the SEBI (LODR). The revised Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the Company website, www.psfs.co.in.
