Further, the Company has fixed Saturday, May 07, 2022 as the Record Date for the payment of aforesaid dividend that may be declared by the Board of Directors at the said meeting. The notice has been issued pursuant to Regulation 29(1) & 29(2) of the Listing Regulations. Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall be closed from Thursday, March 24, 2022. The said Trading Window shall remain closed until the approval of Audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2022 and shall open 48 hours after the said results are made public.
