Pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Ambuja Cements has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the First Quarter Financial Results by the Company for the year ending 31st December, 2022 to the Stock Exchanges. It means that the Directors /designated persons of the Company shall not either directly or through their immediate relative's trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period.
