Raj Television Network has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 24th March 2022 (commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 2.30 pm), with regard to the proposed agenda of the Notice of Board meeting as per company intimation dated 18th March 2022, as to consider fund raising, and other enabling resolution proposed, the decision to defer the proposal was taken considering the economic uncertainties that are currently prevailing due to Covid-19 outbreak and related slowdowns being witnessed in the economy, the board unanimously decided to defer the proposal for a future date which shall be decided in due course.
