Linde Indiahas informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in compliance with Linde India's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Monday, 28 March 2022 for the purpose of Board's approval and announcement of unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ending on 31 March 2022. The trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the 1st quarter ending on 31 March 2022.
