No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, and in Compliance of the provisions Of Clause 4 a 5 Of Schedule B of the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Insider Trading’, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons from 1st April, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022, till 48 hours after the announcement Of the aforesaid financial results. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results for the quarter period and financial year ended 31st March, 2022, shall be intimated separately.
