In terms of Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, formulated in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Haryana Capfin has informed that the trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said Code of the Company with effect from Friday, 1st April, 2022 and will open 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022.
