In reference to its submission dated 25th March, 2022, for Scrutinizers Report and Voting Results under Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Centerac Technologies has informed that the following changes have been made and revised disclosure is being submitted. In Annexure-1, The Scrutinizer has inadvertently mentioned ‘Notice dated February 16, 2022’ instead of ‘Notice dated February 24, 2022’ and In Annexre-2, inadvertently mentioned ‘99.97’ in Voting Results Total instead of ‘72.57’ in Resolution No. 1 and Resolution No. 2. The other details mentioned in the disclosure shall remain the same.
