Heritage Foods has received approval from board of directors for purchase of assets and acquiring of procurement & sales network from Suguna Dairy Products (India). The main aim of acquisition is to expand the Dairy business of the Company to strengthen South Tamil Nadu and part of Kerala markets. Purchase of assets and acquiring of procurement & sales network for a cash consideration of Rs 2.81 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2022 approved the same.
Heritage Foods operates three divisions namely Dairy, Retail and Agri. Presently, Heritage’s milk products have market presence in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Maharastra and has retail stores across Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.
