Transport Corporation Of India informs about loss of share certificate

In terms of regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transport Corporation Of India has informed that the Company has been informed by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFIN Technologies, vide its letter dated 25th March, 2022 and 26th March, 2022 about the receipt of loss of Share Certificate/Issue of Duplicate Share Certificate from the shareholders as per the details are attached. The Company and its RTA will issue the Letter of Confirmation after complying with required formalities by the shareholders as stated in the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022. The letters received from RTA is attached as a proof of date of receipt of information by the Company.
