Aditya Birla Capital has informed that as per the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons in listed or proposed to be listed Securities of the Company (the ‘Code’), the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated persons covered under the Code from 1 April 2022 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the financial year ending 31 March 2022 to the public. Accordingly, all Designated Persons covered under the Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
