Hathway Cable & Datacom has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on December 21, 2012, has decided to elevate K. Jayaraman to the post of Vice Chairman of the board of directors with effect from December 21, 2012. Consequently he ceases to be the managing director and CEO of the company with effect from the said date. The board also appointed Jagdish Kumar G. PiIlai as the managing director and CEO of the company with effect from December 21, 2012.
