Emerald Leasing Finance & Investment Company has received approval from board of directors to raise Rs 50 lakh through issuance of upto 50 Secured Unlisted Unrated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (SRNCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. Date of allotment of the debentures will be determined by the Company subsequently at the time of signing of the definitive documents.
