Asit C.Mehta Financial Services has informed that in view of the amended provisions of 'Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015' and in accordance with BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated persons (as defined in the Code) which includes Directors and company employees including Key managerial Personnel of the Company from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results. In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in securities of Asit C. Mehta Financial Services (ACMFSL) will continue to remain closed from March 31, 2022 till 48 hours, after declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.
