In accordance with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as since amended, Sagar Cements has informed that the Trading Window for the shares of the company will remain closed from 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the date of the declaration of its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ending 31st March 2022 after approval by its Board at its meeting, the date of which will be fixed and intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the designated persons, key management personnel, directors and other connected persons of the company and its subsidiaries have been advised not to enter in to any transactions involving the shares of the company during the above said trading window closure period.
