As per the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Persons', framed pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with clarification dated 2nd April, 2019 given by BSE, Balmer Lawrie Investments has informed that the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall be closed for 'Designated Persons and their immediate relatives' and 'Insider' with effect from Friday, 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2022, which would be approved at the Board meeting to be held for the said purpose. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
