Accordingly, the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of the Company on March 29, 2022 has approved issuance of sub-divided/ duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu of original share certificate(s) reported lost/ misplaced, the details of which are attached. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a letter of confirmation will be issued to the claimants.
