Asit C Mehta Financial Services has acquired 30,00,000 equity shares in Edgytal Fintech Investment Services (EFISPI) at Rs 15 per share. Post-acquisition the holding of the company is 77.89% of total issued, paid-up and subscribed equity share Capital in Edgytal Fintech Investment Services. Pursuant to above acquisition, EFISPI has become subsidiary of Asit C Mehta Financial Services.
In addition to above, company has also acquire 50,00,000 share warrants at Rs 1.5 per warrant in EFISPL. Each warrant will entitle the company to apply for 1 equity share at Rs 13.5 (ranking pari-passu with existing equity shares). The warrant can be exercised within 18 months from the date of issue.
