Aimco Pesticides has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected Persons, as defined in the Regulations and Code of Conduct with effect from Friday, April 1st, 2022 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration or announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st March, 2022. All Designated Persons are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window and the Company has already communicated to the Designated Persons in accordance with Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders.
