The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 Hours after the announcement/declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2022. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Promoters, Directors, Key managerial Personnel and Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's Shares.
