With reference to letter dated 7th March 2022, submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Danlaw Technologies India has informed pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement, that the Company has sold its entire equity holding in Danlaw Technologies Inc (DTI) an overseas wholly owned subsidiary to SPML Ventures LLC. The transaction is completed on 30.03.2022. DTI has ceased to be the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary with effective from 30.03.2022. Disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is attached as Annexure I.
