In terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further referring to the Clarifications regarding trading restriction period given by BSE Vide its circular dated April 02, 2019 Vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/ 2019-20, Western Ministil has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/ Connected Persons from 1st April, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022 shall be intimated separately.
