No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, Smart Finsec has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Smart Finsec will remain closed for the Designated person covered under the said code of the Company with effect from Friday, April 01st, 2022 and will end 48 hours after the announcement of Financial results for the fourth quarter and Twelve months ended on 31st March, 2022. The date of the Board meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated to you in due course of time.
