The Company will submit the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2022, immediately after the Board Meeting on 28 April 2022, within a period of sixty days from the end of the financial year. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from 1 April 2022 till 30 April 2022, for the designated persons as per the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
