Gradiente Infotainment has informed that as per the Company's minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2022 upto 48 hours from the declaration of audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2022 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
