BCC Fuba India has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and the amendments made there under, The 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of BCC Fuba India shall remain closed for all Directors/ Connected persons/ Designated persons of the Company with effect from 01st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected Persons/ Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
