Rolta India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/04/2022 to consider and approve and take on record, Unaudited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ in respect of dealing of Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed up to 48 hours after the financial results are made public on April 10, 2022 for all the Directors, Connected Persons and Designated Employees including their dependent family members.
