Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Dalmia Bharat has informed that it attached the certificate of KFin Technologies, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, certifying that the securities received for the dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in the records as the registered owner within 15 days of receipt of certificate of security.
