CL Educate has sold Greater Noida’s Knowledge Park Campus, built on a nearly 5 acre plot of land. The agreement to sell the Greater Noida campus, built for a HigherEd project in 2012, helps CL Educate realize Rs 48 crore from the sale. An advance of Rs 10 crore was received from the buyer April 5, 2022, with the rest of the transaction and legal processes expected to be completed this quarter itself.
CL Educate, having already exited asset heavy K-12 and HigherEd businesses, liquidated three related land parcels in FY22 worth nearly Rs 13 crore.
