Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 5th May, 2022 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2022. The Company will publish and submit the audited financial results as required under Reg.33 of the Regulations. The 'Trading window' of the Company is closed for ‘Designated Persons’ of the Company from 1st April, 2022 till 7th May, 2022 in connection with the above impending publication of audited financial results.
