In this regard, Ramkrishna Forgings has informed that it enclosed the compliance certificate, in accordance with Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, duly signed by both the Compliance Officer of the Company and the Authorized Representative of the Registrar and Share. Transfer Agent, certifying compliance with the requirements of Regulation 7(2) for the year ended on 31st March, 2022.
