PB Global has completed the sale of its land situated at Chitalsar, Manpada, Swami Vivekananda Road, Thane (Undertaking) to Dhruva Woolen Mills by way of definitive documents executed between the company and Dhruva Woolen Mills. The company has handed over possession and control of the undertaking to the purchaser on April 6, 2022. The gross consideration to be received by the company for sale of the undertaking is Rs 471 crore, in the manner defined in the definitive documents executed.
