BSE’s arm gets SEBI’s nod to operate as KYC Registration Agency

BSE Technologies, a subsidiary of BSE, has received authorization from capital markets regulator SEBI to act as a KYC Registration Agency (KRA). KRA is a SEBI-regulated intermediary that grants the market participants authorization for investors' Know Your Client (KYC) that will be mandatory for investment in the securities market.

BSE provides an efficient and transparent market for trading in equity, debt instruments, derivatives, mutual funds. It also has a platform for trading in equities of small-and-medium enterprises (SME).
