Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, Dabur India has informed that the Company is in receipt of communication from the shareholders of the Company regarding loss of share certificates, as specified in Annexure- A to this letter. In terms of the Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 issued by SEBI, the Company shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders, if applicable, upon receipt of required documents from shareholders and completion of necessary formalities.
