Invesco Oppenheimer Developing Markets Fund (Invesco) has offloaded 7.74% stake in Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) for Rs 2,092 crore through an open market transaction. The shares were divested at an average price of Rs 281.46 apiece.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises is one of India’s leading television media and entertainment companies. It is amongst the largest producers and aggregators of Hindi programming in the world.
