Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 6256994.08 crore on April 8 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 68482367.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 43,970.04 crore, Stock Futures Rs 66,983.27 crore and Index Options Rs 5911845.38 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 2,34,195.39 crore.
