Ramco Systems has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Ramco Middle East’ for Information Technology in Saudi Arabia. Ramco Middle East will carry out business operations in Saudi Arabia. The Company's share capital is 5 lakh Saudi Riyals divided into 5 lakh shares of SAR 1 each. After completing the post incorporation activities, the infusion of capital into the said WOS by the company will be made shortly.

Ramco Systems is a next-gen enterprise software player disrupting the market with its multi-tenant cloud and mobile-based enterprise software in HR and Global Payroll, ERP and M&EMRO for Aviation.
