With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 and pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/59/2019-20 dated 3rd March, 2020 read with LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated 11th April, 2019 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, Medi-Caps has confirmed that the Company is not falling under Large Corporate category as on 31st March, 2022 as per the framework provided in the said circular. Hence the provisions of above said circular are not applicable to the Company.
