Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 25, 2022, to consider and approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022; consider and recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its ‘designated persons’ regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from April 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
