Chothani Foods has informed that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today Tuesday, 19th April, 2022 approved the followings: Based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board has appointed Raviprakash Narayan Vyas (DIN: 07893486) as an Additional Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from 19th April, 2022 to 18 April, 2027, subject to approval of the shareholders. The requisite details of such appointment pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEB] Circular dated September 9, 2015 are given as Annexure A; taking note of Resignation of Nikunj Vasantlal Chheda (DIN: 08033201) as an Independent Directors of the company. The requisite details of such appointment pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015 are given as Annexure B; and Reconstitution of Audit Committee, Nomination Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee as given as Annexure C.
