With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by ‘Large Corporates’ (LC), Greenply Industries has confirmed that as on March 31, 2022, the company is not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria specified in the aforesaid circular for Large Corporates and therefore the Disclosure and Compliances mentioned therein to be done by Large Corporates are not applicable to them. The relevant details as per the ‘Annexure A’ of the said circular are enclosed.
